Product Return

Our return policy covers two specific scenarios for exchanges. Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind.

  1. Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, you can exchange it for the correct one. To do this:
  • Return the product within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Ensure the product is unused and its packaging is undamaged.
  • Keep the product sealed in its original packaging.
  • Include all necessary documentation, like the purchase receipt and accessories.
  • We'll inspect the returned product and provide you with the correct one or store credit, free of courier charges.
  1. Damaged Goods Received: If you receive damaged goods, follow these steps:
  • Record a video while unwrapping and unboxing the product from its delivery packaging.
  • This video will serve as proof that the goods were damaged upon receipt.
  • If the packaging isn't intact, having a video is crucial.
  • Without video proof or if the video is made after unboxing, we won't be able to process an exchange.
